Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy and Merchant of Record

All purchases (In-App Products, Lifetime Licenses, and Commercial Licenses) made through our mobile applications are processed exclusively by the **Google Play Store**.

2. Refund Policy for In-App Purchases (IAPs)

2.1 Standard Refunds (Within Google Play Policy)

• Initial Refund Window: Users must request a refund directly through the Google Play Store for transactions that fall within their standard refund window (typically 48 hours from the time of purchase).
• Action Required by User: To request a refund during this period, the user must follow Google Play’s official process. mifthi.com cannot process direct refunds for payments made in the last 48 hours.

2.2 Developer-Processed Refunds (After Google Play Policy)

If the Google Play refund window has expired, mifthi.com may consider granting a refund only under the following limited circumstances:

1. Technical Defect: If the user can demonstrate that the purchased product/feature is consistently and severely malfunctioning, and mifthi.com is unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe (usually 14 business days from the initial support request).
2. Service Unavailability: If the purchased service or feature has been permanently discontinued by mifthi.com before the full value or intended life of the feature has been realized.

Note: Decisions on developer-processed refunds are made at the sole discretion of mifthi.com.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

Products such as "Remove Ads" and "Lifetime Pro" are considered **Final and Non-Cancellable** once the feature is delivered and active on the user's account. This purchase grants permanent access and cannot be revoked unless a refund is successfully processed as per Section 2.

3.2 Consumable Purchases

The "Reset Limits" SKU (e.g., in Niskara Samayam) is consumed immediately upon use. It is **Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable** once the feature usage limit is reset, except in the case of a clear, non-functioning technical failure upon delivery.

3.3 Commercial Licenses (e.g., Bus Announcer GPS)

The high-value Commercial License is a one-time purchase granting usage rights. Refunds are limited to the technical defect policy (Section 2.2). The license is **Non-Cancellable** once access has been successfully provided and utilized. mifthi.com reserves the right to terminate the license without refund if the user breaches the commercial license terms.
